The problem is there are many unconscious thoughts imprinted in our system that react in an unconscious way. Whenever you react to something, you can be sure it is an unresolved pattern. Making something conscious is half of the healing, Conscious Connected Breathing is the other half.

Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) — also known as Circular Breathing is a rhythmic, continuous breathing technique where the inhale and exhale are linked—without pauses in between. This intuitive, natural process creates a steady flow of oxygen, energy, and awareness throughout the body, allowing the body and mind to release tension, emotions, and stored trauma.
Origins of Rebirthing Breathwork.
Rebirthing Breathwork was developed in the 1970s by Leonard Orr, who discovered the technique through personal experimentation with breath and immersion in warm water. He observed that conscious connected breathing could bring up and integrate suppressed emotions, including birth trauma and early life experiences. Over time, this method evolved into a structured practice, drawing from ancient yogic pranayama techniques and modern therapeutic approaches to breathwork. Today, Rebirthing Breathwork is recognized worldwide as a profound tool for personal growth, healing, and transformation.
The Experience of a Rebirthing Session.
A Rebirthing session is typically facilitated in a safe, supportive space by a trained practitioner. The session often lasts between 2 -2,5 hours and follows this structure:
Intake
Each session begins with a personal in-depth intake process that explores the participants goals, delving into the current state of mind & body, uncovering thought patterns and self-limiting beliefs that may be holding the participant back from living its full potential.
Conscious Connected Breathing
The participant engages in continuous, connected breaths, usually lying down in a relaxed position. The breath is deep yet gentle, flowing without force.
Emotional and Physical Responses
Sensations such as tingling, heat, or emotional release may arise as the body clears energetic blockages.
Integration
After the active breathing phase, there is a period of rest and integration, allowing the newfound insights and experiences to settle and take root, paving the way for profound personal growth.
Reflection
The session concludes with reflections on your the experience, insights gained and identifying practical tools and techniques that the participant can integrate into daily life to further support personal growth.
