Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice that links breath with movement in a fluid flow.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative practice with long-held stretches that target deep connective tissues.
It enhances flexibility, circulation, and releases stored tension, while encouraging stillness, mindfulness, and inner calm—an ideal complement to more active styles like Vinyasa.
Yang-Yin Yoga
Yang-Yin Yoga is a fusion practice rooted in the TCM principle of Yin and Yang—balancing dynamic movement with deep stillness. Starting with an energizing Yang sequence— often Vinyasa or Hatha—to build heat and awaken the body, the class shifts then into a cooling Yin practice to stretch deeply and calm the nervous system. Ideal for those who want to move, release tension, and restore balance.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a deeply restorative practice that guides you into a state of profound relaxation. Through gentle body scanning, breath awareness, and visualization, it calms the nervous system, quiets the mind, and supports emotional balance. Yoga Nidra is often used to improve sleep and aid in recovery from burnout, anxiety, and trauma—an ideal practice for deep healing and renewal.
