  • Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic practice that synchronizes breath with movement, creating a fluid flow from one pose to the next.

    It builds strength, flexibility, and balance while fostering mindfulness and focus. By linking breath and movement, Vinyasa enhances body awareness, mental clarity, and stress relief, offering both physical exercise and meditation.

    This practise is ideal for those seeking a balanced workout and a deeper connection between body and mind.

  • Yang-Yin Yoga is a fusion-style yoga class that blends two complementary styles of practice — Yang and Yin —into a beautiful holistic practice.

    A Yang-Yin class typically begins with an energizing and heating Yang sequence to build heat and awaken the body - often expressed through styles like Vinyasa and Hatha.

    The practise then transitions into a slow, cooling Yin sequence to deeply stretch the body and calming the mind by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, entering meditative state of simply being.

    It’s excellent for practitioners who want to move and sweat a little but also unwind and go deep.

Peace In Stillness.

  • Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative practice that targets the body's connective tissues — such as ligaments, joints, and fascia — with long-held stretches.

    It improves flexibility, increases circulation, and releases deeply held tension tension in the body. By embracing stillness and patience, this slow-paced practise promotes relaxation, mindfulness, and inner calm, making it a perfect complement to more active yoga styles like Vinyasa.

    Tailored to the individual, it’s especially beneficial for those navigating injury, chronic pain, stress, or emotional imbalances.

    Unlike Yin Yoga, which targets the body’s connective tissues through long-held, passive poses, Yoga Therapy is adaptive and therapeutic. It meets you exactly where you are, offering practical tools to restore balance across body, mind, and energy.
