    Each session begins with a personal in-depth intake process that explores your goals, delves into your current state of mind & body, uncovers thought patterns and self-limiting beliefs that may be holding you back.

    Conscious Connected Breathing

    Following that, you’ll be guided through a powerful breathwork practice based on circular breathing that facilitates deep healing and emotional release.

    Integration

    The session concludes with a period of rest and integration, allowing the newfound insights and experiences to settle and take root, paving the way for profound personal growth.

    Reflection

    After the session, we will reflect together on your experience and insights gained. We’ll identify practical tools and techniques you can integrate into your daily life to support your personal goals and continue growth.

    An introductory session lasts approximately 2.5 hours, while follow-up sessions typically last 2 hours.

  • Breathing circles offer a gentle yet powerful introduction to the practice of breathwork. At their core, these circles are guided breathwork sessions held in a group setting, where each participant embarks on their own inner journey while contributing to a shared energetic field.

    Through conscious, connected breathing in a supportive circle, we begin to release stagnant energy—often held in the body as physical tension or emotional blockages—and invite a sense of flow and renewal. One of the most profound aspects of group breathwork is the collective resonance it creates: while each person experiences their own unique process, the group amplifies the energy, fostering deep connection, mutual support, and a sense of being seen in our shared human experience.

    We begin each session with gentle yoga or somatic movement to warm up the body and create space for the breath to flow freely. This is followed by a transformative breathwork journey designed to reconnect you with your inner wisdom and emotional clarity.

  • To keep this offering accessible and intimate, the group size is limited. The contribution for joining is € 49 (incl. VAT) .

    This includes a full 120-min experience combining yoga-based movement and guided breathwork in a group setting.

    • If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. 

    • If your cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a 50% refund.

  • Just yourself. Everything will be provided for your comfort. You'll be received with a tea to welcome you. During the breathwork session, you'll lie down on a soft, woolen yoga mat, complete with a pillow and a warm, cozy blanket.

  • There’s no special preparation required. I’ll guide you through the conscious connected breathing technique and explain everything before we begin.

    That said, it can be helpful to come with a clear intention or something you’d like to explore during the session. Try to eat lightly beforehand to stay comfortable.

    Most importantly, arrive with curiosity and an open heart — that’s all you truly need.
