What to expect in a session?

Each session begins with a personal in-depth intake process that explores your goals, delves into your current state of mind & body, uncovers thought patterns and self-limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. During your introductory session, you’ll also learn about the origins of Rebirthing Breathwork and the foundations of Conscious Connected Breathing before setting a clear focus for your session.

Intake

Conscious Connected Breathing

Following that, you’ll be guided through a powerful breathwork practice based on circular breathing that facilitates deep healing and emotional release.

Integration

The session concludes with a period of rest and integration, allowing the newfound insights and experiences to settle and take root, paving the way for profound personal growth.

Reflection

After the session, we will reflect together on your experience and insights gained. We’ll identify practical tools and techniques you can integrate into your daily life to support your personal goals and continue growth.

Session Summary

Shortly after the session, I will be following up with session summary including tools and techniques to practise at home.

Single Session & Packages

Before we begin your one-on-one Rebirthing Breathwork session, we’ll take some time to explore your current state and uncover the central theme you’d like to focus on. Together, we’ll set a clear and personal intention to guide your breathwork journey. Each session lasts approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, allowing ample time for the breathwork practice itself, as well as space for sharing and reflection afterward. If you wish to go deeper into your core theme, you can choose a package of 3 to 5 sessions to support your continued growth and transformation.

Deep Dive Package

The Deep Dive Package is for those ready to explore a specific theme or area of growth over several sessions. Based on this, I create a personalized program, using Rebirthing Breathwork to uncover and release deeper layers connected to your focus — whether around self-worth & confidence, love & relationships, inner child healing & family dynamics, life purpose & career, or major life transitions. This includes at least a biweekly connected breathing session, where each session builds on the last, creating space for lasting transformation and integration. These packages are individual, but usually take 5 up to 10 sessions.

A transformative 8-week Breathwork journey to help you uncover your authentic path, align your work with your deeper purpose, and create lasting fulfillment. Includes weekly sessions with personalized practices, reflections, and resources to support your ongoing growth.

Most people can safely participate in Rebirthing Breathwork. However, if you have significant medical conditions (such as cardiovascular issues, severe mental health diagnoses, or are pregnant), please inform me beforehand so we can adapt the session to your needs.

  • Yes! This gentle breathing technique can be very supportive during pregnancy. It helps expectant mothers regulate their breath, maintain calm, and deepen their connection to themselves and their baby. Afterwards, many people describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves. Integration continues over the following days, so gentle self-care and rest are encouraged.

  • Yes — emotional release is a natural part of healing through the breath. Everything that arises is welcome and supported within a safe, compassionate container.

  • An introductory session lasts approximately 2.5 hours, while follow-up sessions typically last 2 hours. Both include conversation before and after the breathing practice. The active breathing portion usually takes around one hour.

  • Some people feel a shift after one session, while others choose to explore a series of sessions to deepen their healing and transformation. We can discuss what best suits your needs and intentions.

  • There’s no special preparation required. I’ll guide you through the conscious connected breathing technique and explain everything before we begin.

    That said, it can be helpful to come with a clear intention or something you’d like to explore during the session. Try to eat lightly beforehand to stay comfortable.

    Most importantly, arrive with curiosity and an open heart — that’s all you truly need.

  • Just yourself. Everything will be provided for your comfort. You'll be received with a tea to welcome you. During the breathwork session, you'll lie down on a soft, woolen yoga mat, complete with a pillow and a warm, cozy blanket.

    Booking Policy

    To secure the booking I will send you a payment request before the session.

    Cancellation Policy

    • If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. 

    • If your cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a 50% refund.
