If you’d like to experience Breathwork in a shared, supportive space, my group sessions and workshops offer a beautiful opportunity to connect and breathe together. They’re a great way to explore this transformative practice and feel the collective energy of the group.

Each session is inspired by a specific theme, creating space for reflection, insight, and transformation. In this intimate group setting (maximum of 12 participants), you’ll move through your individual process while being supported by a safe and nurturing environment.

No previous experience is needed — simply come with an open heart and curiosity to explore what your breath has to reveal.

  • Each gathering begins with grounding and intention setting, followed by a guided Conscious Connected Breathing journey.

    After that, participants have the opportunity to rest and integrate, followed by some time of reflection and sharing in safe, supportive environment. Sharing is always optional and held with respect and confidentiality.

  • Group sizes are intentionally small (usually 6–12 participants) to maintain an intimate and nurturing atmosphere. This allows for individual attention within the shared group energy.

  • Absolutely. Each participant moves at their own pace while being held within a collective field of support. The group energy can be incredibly powerful — helping you feel seen, connected, and less alone in your process.

  • Yes — Breathwork can be a beautiful way to process and release emotions. However, if you’re currently under psychiatric care or processing acute trauma, please reach out before booking so we can discuss whether a private 1:1 session may be more supportive.

  • Rebirthing Breathwork can be safely practiced during pregnancy when approached gently and with proper guidance. However, since group sessions can sometimes bring up intense emotional or physical releases, I recommended to book a private session instead. This allows the pace and depth of the breathing to be carefully adapted to your body and your stage of pregnancy.

    If you are pregnant or think you might be, please reach out to discuss a tailored 1:1 session designed to support relaxation, connection, and emotional well-being during this special time.

  • No experience is required. I’ll guide you through the entire process and offer clear instructions before we begin.

  • Wear loose, comfortable and warm clothing and bring paper/your journal and something to write.

    Yoga mat, blankets and cushions will be provided, along with some tea.

  • Sessions typically last around 2.5 hours, though the duration may vary slightly depending on the group’s rhythm and flow. Sometimes the session may finish a little earlier or be gently extended to allow for a complete experience.

  • All sessions are hosted in the beautiful and tranquil space of Studio 108, located at Karel du Jardinstraat 67A2, 1073 TB Amsterdam. The studio offers a warm, peaceful environment that supports relaxation, connection, and deep inner work.
