What Is Rebirthing Breathwork?

Developed in the 1970s by Leonard Orr, Rebirthing Breathwork is a gentle yet transformative practice of Conscious Connected Breathing — a continuous, circular rhythm that helps access deeper layers of your body, mind, and energy. Many emotional imprints form early in life, even at birth, shaping how we respond to stress, relationships, and self-worth. Through the flow of breath, stored emotions and subconscious patterns can surface and release, restoring wholeness and opening the door to healing, transformation, and personal growth.

To support this process, I blend breathwork with techniques borrowed from traditional Psychology, Gestalt Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Life Coaching. This integrated approach helps uncover limiting patterns, early wounds, and self-sabotaging behaviors, guiding you back to your authentic self — creative, connected, and fully aligned.
